This class runs Wednesday's from 7pm-9pm for 4 weeks on Zoom.
GentleBirth Workshops provide expectant people and partners easy to learn brain training techniques including Mindfulness, CBT and the neuroscience around pain, Sports Psychology, Medical Hypnosis and the physiology of birth, along with tools, information and techniques to prepare for the most positive birth possible. Unlike hospital workshops I will ensure you understand your options for navigating your birth preferences in the hospital system. Most importantly, we will be learning all advanced comfort measures, like birth ball, TENS, acupressure and more in order to have a full toolkit of comfort strategies.
Dress comfortably to Zoom, as we will be trying a lot of these comfort measures. If you have an exercise ball, massage tools, a rolling pin, and a long non-stretchy scarf we will need those for certain sessions. Enrollment includes the live Zoom 4 week class, access to additional online educational materials and 30 days app access.
